When it comes to sizing, it's important to find the right fit. For a comfortable fit, we recommend sizing up. However, if you're looking for a more aggressive performance fit, size down. Keep in mind that climbing shoes should fit very tight, and at the minimum, your toes should be touching the end of the shoe. If you choose to size down for a performance fit, your toes may be slightly curled. Please note that these shoes come pre downsized.

For new climbers, we advise going up a full size from your street shoe size to ensure the best fit.
