Our journey began in 2002, when Mad Rock, owned and operated by climbers, emerged as a small company dedicated to producing innovative, highly technical, and affordable rock climbing shoes. It all started with our visionary founder, Young Chu.

Our featured hardware includes the compact and lightweight Lifeguard belay device with assisted braking. Manufactured using hot forged aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel, this durable device accommodates ropes from 8.9mm to 11mm, making it suitable for lead and top-rope climbing.

To ensure the safety of our customers and comply with laws, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges on any load-bearing gear. However, we stand behind the durability and reliability of our products and are confident in their performance.
